| 1/3 cup dry white wine | 1 tsp thyme leaves |
| 1 tsp garlic powder | 1/2 tsp rosemary leaves |
| 1/2 tsp salt | 1/8 tsp pepper |
| 1 10.5 oz can chicken broth | 4 tsp cornstarch |

Mix marinade and pour it over meat. Put in a ziploc bag overnight in the fridge (turn once). Bake at 375 about 1.5 hours. Add new potatoes when 1/2 done (they take about 30 mins) |
